Returns & Exchanges

Our products are crafted in limited quantities with premium materials. For this reason, we maintain a selective and transparent return policy.

Footwear

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Footwear must be returned in original condition and original packaging.

Any signs of wear, including creasing, dirt, or odor, will render the item ineligible.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Size Exchanges

One (1) size exchange per order is permitted, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Socks

All sock sales are final.

Due to hygiene standards, socks are not eligible for return or exchange.

Hair Picks

Hair picks may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used hair picks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If a hair pick arrives damaged or defective, it may be returned or replaced even if the packaging has been opened, provided the issue is reported within 5 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue when contacting us.

Final Sale

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale or discounted items.

Limited-edition or numbered releases.

Worn, altered, or damaged items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos.

If the item is deemed defective, we will replace it with the same item and size, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing.

Our footwear is produced using industry-standard sizing and professional grading.

Footwear may be tried on indoors on a clean, dry surface.

Returns are accepted only if shoes remain in original condition.

If you are between sizes, we recommend ordering the next size up.
